Daniel DeBruyckere

President

Attorney Daniel A. DeBruyckere has been practicing law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 1998, and has helped hundreds of clients with their estate planning and elder care issues. He is well respected in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, elder law issues, and business planning. Attorney DeBruyckere is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a former adjunct faculty member of the Massachusetts School of Law, and is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Salem Bar Association, as well as a member of the National ACADEMY of Elder Law Attorneys. In 2017 he co-authored the book Protecting Your Legacy: Why a Will Is Not Enough.

Experience & Education

Attorney DeBruyckere is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, summa cum laude, and Massachusetts School of Law, cum laude. He served as editor of the Massachusetts School of Law’s Law Review and was a regional finalist in the American Trial Lawyers’ Association Trial Advocacy Competition.

Jade Torres

Director of Legal Services

Attorney Jade Torres is very passionate about helping her clients with various needs- estate planning, elder law, trust administration, and probate. She has a desire to advocate for her clients and do whatever is necessary to ensure that the client, their families, and their legacy are protected. As the Director of Legal Services, Jade works closely with the team to ensure the firm continues to provide high-quality legal services to its clients.

Attorney Torres has been working in the legal field for over thirteen years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts and her Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law, where she received awards for her academic success. She is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.

When Attorney Torres isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has three daughters and loves making new memories with them.

Shaylalys Rodriguez

Paralegal

Shay assists in the preparation and perfecting of our client’s estate planning documents. Shay graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies.

Rick McQuaide

Office Technology Coordinator

Rick has provided technology support for both large and small companies. As the Office Technology Coordinator, he helps install and maintain the hardware and software systems used to support all of the firm’s five office locations.

Kimberly Twomey

Paralegal

Kimberly prepares the documents necessary to fund our client’s estate plans. Kimberly has her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from McIntosh College in addition to her over ten years of legal experience in the legal field.

Comptroller

Karen has been working at the office since it was founded. She wears many hats, the most notable of which is making the office a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Lynn Hamel

Senior Paralegal

Lynn joined the firm in 2016, after working for a real estate title firm for over 14 years. Lynn shares her talents for the Funding team and the Probate and Trust Administration team. Leveraging her vast experience in real estate, Lynn prepares the necessary documents that enable our clients to transfer real estate and business interests into the trust. Lynn also lends her talents to the Trust Administration team, where she assists with probate administration, trust administration and the Medicaid application process.

Mary-Lyn Hanni

Legal Assistant

Mary-Lyn supports the Probate and Trust Administration team. Mary-Lyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Anselm College. After spending the first part of her career in Human Resources, she has joined the firm to support our team and our clients through the Family Wealth Planning and Administration process.
